In 2017, I co-founded Ethoshive which gave me the freedom to push beyond traditional models. That entrepreneurial journey allowed me to design custom solutions, experiment boldly, and bring fresh, radical insight to leadership development.

Today, my work focuses on helping mid-level to C-Suite leaders in higher ed, healthcare, and nonprofit who are buried in priorities, battling trust gaps, and worn thin by change. Leaders walk away with clearer priorities, stronger teams, and the confidence to move their organizations forward.
