In 2017, I co-founded Ethoshive and stepped into the role of Chief Learning Officer, which gave me the freedom to push past traditional boundaries. As an entrepreneur, this role allowed me to expand my capabilities and take risks, building custom solutions and designing innovative strategies that go beyond the ordinary. It became a platform for me to bring my passion for coaching, systems design, and strategic transformation to life in ways that create meaningful, lasting impact.
